Bianca Begovich is an IYTA certified Yoga Teacher with over 20 years experience. Her unique style incorporates Physiology, Mysticism and Science-based teaching to help deepen your mindfulness practice and reconnect to the Real You. She is a trained Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator and Hakomi Practitioner and has a certificate in Herbal Remedies from The Malcolm Harker Herbal Education Centre.

A trained trauma sensitive yoga facilitator, Bianca's goal is to help practitioners develop a sense of safety in the present moment. The emphasis is not on doing yoga "right", but on cultivating the sense of self which is often compromised as a result of trauma. Research shows a regular yoga practise can help relieve the symptoms of PTSD including low mood, anxiety, insomnia and gastrointestinal problems; and also improves emotional well-being, body awareness and your mind-body connection.
